You also have the undivided attention of a flooring expert that just isn’t possible in a showroom with other customers waiting to be served. We wont rush you, we will advise you based on decades of expertise and experience and will work to your budget to help you make the right decision.

You can of course take your time to choose
your flooring and he will leave samples with
you without a deposit. A new floor is an
important
decision that shouldn’t be rushed
as you will have to live with it for years.

What’s also important to us is a clear pricing policy so there are no hidden surprises. You estimator can usually give you a firm price on the spot (unless it’s a particularly intricate designer floor, he will need a little more time with that) if you decide on your flooring whilst he is there.
